This course is a powerful follow-on from the Confident & Effective Communication Skills course and really builds on the established techniques layering on a whole new set of considerations and tools. It was fascinating to understand how negotiation isn't just relegated to the board room and instead plays a part in every day life. The role play segments where scenarios were played out and were then debriefed helped make the theory we are being taught more tangible. The highlight for me was about the power of meaningful pauses. Fantastic work.
