About Course

In a Treasury Talks space we explored the topic of whether buying and holding tokens/digital assets makes you an investor in the project or company that issued those tokens/assets. This fascinating discussion with a number of speakers highlighted this grey area amidst an ever-evolving regulatory landscape.

The consequences of the ambiguity in how people position themselves through their investments can often lead to miscommunication and unrealistic expectations on the part of those parting with their funds.

Through this short course we aim to clarify some of the key differences and offer guidance that will help both projects and the token holders foster a more productive and healthy relationship.
