I am Alejandro Gil, specialist in conscious movement and postural alignment. In this course, I invite you to pause and look inward. Not to demand more from yourself, but to better understand how your body works and what it has to do with your motivation, your energy, and your ability to focus. This course proposes a space for observation and body connection to improve your clarity and your energy, and although one of the tools we will explore is movement, this is not a course where we talk about training.

 

During five short and very practical lessons, you will discover:

 

  • Why poor sleep not only leaves you tired, but also throws you off inside.
  • How your hormones influence your mood and your mental clarity throughout the day.
  • What willpower has to do with physical balance, and not so much with discipline.
  • How movement activates your brain and helps you think better, feel better, and perform better.
  • What type of exercise can help you reconnect with yourself and awaken your full potential.

 

It is designed for those who manage many demands, make decisions under pressure, or sustain their activity independently. If you need to perform without exhausting yourself, here you will find a simple way to recover focus from the body.

 

This course will help you become aware of what is dimming you today, and of what can light you up again, without giving you quick solutions. Because when you are in your center, productivity is not an effort, it is a natural consequence.
